The Uganda People’s Defence Forces are investigating an incident in which a UPDF Soldier Allegedly shot and killed his friend in fight over a big bummed woman.
According to the reports given by a reliable source of information, it has been reported that the deceased who has been identified as Haggai Okullo, 25, died on the spot after being shot at a local bar.
A police officer who spoke the incident revealed that the suspect who has been identified as Jacob Amalli, 26, had a misunderstanding over a woman, they started fighting over the woman inside the bar before they were stopped.
The suspect allegedly tracked in the same bar at night after which he shot and killed the deceased, an incident that caught the attention of Snr Officers who spoke about this incident.
According to the reports given by the military police, the suspect who was arrested is reported to have used a gun that he illegally had.
The incident caught the attention of Ugandans who took to their different social media platforms to send their condolences to the family and friends of the deceased wanting the UPDF to check these incidents.
