A woman who filmed herself defecating on a one year old child and forcing the same to drink her urine has been arrested.
The suspect in her early thirties was arrested in Nyendo, a suburb in Masaka City over the weekend.
The video which has gone viral eliciting outrage from online readers shows the woman, stark naked, squatting over the helpless baby and defecating on his head before picking a cup which she urinated in and the forced the poor child to drink.
She also went further to smear the baby with her feaces all over the head, face and stomach while the kid was crying in distress.
The arrest was confirmed by Maureen Atuhaire, Commissioner Child and Family Protection Department – Uganda Police Force on Sunday, 2nd November, 2024.
“Suspect in the viral disturbing video defecating on the baby’s head and forcing the same to drink urine has already been arrested in Nyendo, Masaka. Investigations are ongoing,” says Atuhaire in her X-Handle.
In another video showing the suspect in police cells in Nyendo, she is heard saying she does not know what came over her because she has no problem with the mother of the child nor with the child itself.
