While he put his hands on his head and started begging the lady to exercise patience, onlookers could be heard in the video asking her to say ‘yes’ despite the absence of the ring.
Interestingly, the photographer contracted to film the event appeared not to be bothered as he continued with his job regardless of the situation on ground.
