Vincent Nsamba, a key suspect who is in police custody in connection with the killing of Afrigo Band co-founder Moses Matovu, has been described as a humble and quiet man with kickboxing experience, a skill he acquired years ago in Kisugu, Namuwongo.
Speaking to impalaa media , Abdul Nasser Mukasa, the LC1 chairperson of Kibuli Zone Market B, said Nsamba was the known boyfriend of Rose Tusiime, who was also arrested yesterday at her home.
