Netizens went into the archives to retrieve old videos of Joseph Tamale Mirundi exhibiting his eccentric nature during interviews and other media appearances.

Mirundi, the presidential advisor on media matters and former presidential press secretary, passed away on Tuesday night.

Aged 59, the celebrated political commentator succumbed to lung-related complications at around 11:40 p.m. at Kisubi Hospital in Kampala, where he had been receiving treatment for over a month.
