“She Could Barely Stand” — Witnesses
On the night of Tuesday, September 10, Patricia was reportedly brought back to the lodge by Muwonge in a severely drunken state.

“Investigators suspect Muwonge fled after realising Patricia’s health was deteriorating,” said Onyango.
The following morning, lodge staff discovered Patricia’s body lying lifeless in the same room. Nsangi Police were called immediately and conducted a scene examination. Officers took witness statements and recovered a milk container, believed to have been used in the attempted revival.
