Museveni appoints new RDCs, RCCs and Regional Commissioners
KAMPALA, UGANDA: President Museveni has appointed new Resident District Commissioners (RDCs), Resident City Commissioners (RCCs), and their deputies plus regional commissioners in the latest development.
“In Exercise of the Powers conferred upon the President of the Republic of Uganda by Articles 99 and 203 of the 1995 Constitution (as amended); I hereby, appoint the following persons as Resident District /City Commissioners, Deputies and Commissioners at the RDC Secretariat,” H.E Museveni stated while announcing the new RDCs and RCCs on Monday afternoon.

The new changes according to the president take immediate effect.
