MUKONO, UGANDA – In a dramatic operation, Mukono Police have arrested bodaboda rider Livingstone Waibi and his two children—Percy Kwagala (8) and Linda Gift (10)—for allegedly aiding motorcycle thieves in a racket spanning Jinja Road to Mbalala.

How It Happened: Police tracked Waibi after reports linked him to stolen bikes (UFQ 047W and UFB 516K), one hidden in Mbalala forests.
