I Will Perform at NUP Rallies if They Pay Me – Gravity Omutujju
Rapper Gravity Omutujju has revealed that as an artist, he has no limits when it comes to performances.
Gravity stated that he is willing to perform at NUP rallies just as he does at NRM functions, but he must be paid.
“I am a musician; my job is to sing. Even during campaigns, I’m a musician; my job is to sing. You’ve seen me performing at campaigns, and I’ve never told anyone to vote for Museveni or anyone else. I sing and leave. If NUP calls me to perform for them, I’ll go. In fact, they called me to perform at Bobi Wine’s MP campaigns, and I asked for fuel money. They got angry, and since then, Bobi Wine has shown me a negative attitude,” he partly said.
The rapper also revealed that Bobi Wine has harbored resentment against him for years, stemming from his refusal to campaign for the NUP President in 2017 when he contested the Kyadondo East by-elections.
