I Married Eddy Kenzo Despite His Low Education – Minister Phiona Nyamutooro
The State Minister of Energy and Minerals, Phiona Nyamutooro, has opened up about her early days with award-winning musician Eddy Kenzo.
The minister explained that she initially chose Kenzo because of his character and his outlook on life. Despite friends advising her to reject Kenzo’s marriage proposal due to his low education level, she insisted on loving him and does not regret her decision.
“I was criticized by friends at first, and many told me not to marry Kenzo because of his education status, but I refused. I liked his character and the way he looked at life; I saw something in him that was different,” she said during a party organized to celebrate Kenzo’s appointment as a Presidential Advisor.
Nyamutooro also revealed that she had no influence in Kenzo’s appointment.
