Gen Kainerugaba and Rwandan CDF’s Historic Meeting in Kampala in 2024
General Muhoozi Kainerugaba, Chief of Defence Forces (CDF) of Uganda has met with General Mubarakh Muganga, Chief of Defence Staff of the Rwanda Defence Forces (RDF).
